Qualification
Required
Experience with Tibco database administration

Ability to make recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements
Experience in maintaining security and integrity controls
Ability to formulate policies, procedures, and standards relating to database management
Experience in monitoring transaction activity and utilization
