Responsibilities
Conduct security design review and understanding of security architecture of the application
Develop and maintain DFDs and corelating existing DFDs to system architecture and understand the scope
Analyze security threats and risk related to applications and advise on mitigation strategies
Implement and run threat modelling tools and report the vulnerabilities to stakeholders
Proficiency in tools like MS STRIDE, PASTA, Threat modeler etc
Remediation support for vulnerabilities, if needed
Enhance cyber security posture of the application
Qualification
Required
Responsible for creating DFD, understanding Security architecture document, collaborating with development and security teams, and ensuring security is integrated throughout the system lifecycle
Key skills include knowledge of methodologies like STRIDE, risk assessment, and an understanding of security implications in system design and development
Conduct security design review and understanding of security architecture of the application
Develop and maintain DFDs and correlating existing DFDs to system architecture and understand the scope
Analyze security threats and risk related to applications and advise on mitigation strategies
Implement and run threat modelling tools and report the vulnerabilities to stakeholders
Proficiency in tools like MS STRIDE, PASTA, Threat modeler etc

Proven experience in application security or secure software development
Familiar with OWASP Top 10, NIST, ISO 27001 etc
Good understanding of secure coding practices
Certifications like CEH, CISSP, OSCP
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Documentation skills
