They are seeking a Director of Business Systems & AI Enablement to develop internal operating systems, working closely with leadership and teams to create scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and leverage AI technologies.

Responsibilities
Work directly with leadership, operations, and sales to understand real workflows—not theoretical ones
Observe how information is created, lost, duplicated, or manually re-entered
Translate how the business runs today into scalable systems for tomorrow
Architect, configure, and administer core platforms including Zoho, Microsoft 365, and Slack
Design integrations and data flows that minimize manual entry and system hopping
Own permissions, structure, and governance while keeping systems usable for operators
Embed LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) into day-to-day workflows to:
Automate documentation, reporting, and summaries
Assist sales, operations, and executives with faster insight
Reduce low-value administrative work
Build AI-assisted processes that turn activity into structured data and intelligence
Personally configure tools, build workflows, and stand up automations
Select and implement tools pragmatically—speed and usefulness matter more than perfection
Bring order without bureaucracy
Integrate and support adjacent systems such as Rippling, Ramp, HubSpot, and QuickBooks Online
Serve as the internal owner of the business systems roadmap as the company scales
Coordinate external vendors or consultants only where it makes sense
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience building and integrating business systems in real operating environments
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho, Microsoft 365, and Slack
Demonstrated experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM tools to improve real business workflows
Experience with Rippling, Ramp, HubSpot, and/or QuickBooks Online
Background in manufacturing, industrial services, or EPC-style businesses
Comfortable working on-site and engaging directly with teams
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
Builder mindset: curious, pragmatic, and biased toward action
