Good Game Collective is a fast growing platform focused on building and supporting youth sports and enrichment businesses. They are seeking a senior HR leader to build and lead the people function, overseeing all HR responsibilities and supporting a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities
Own and lead all HR functions for Good Game at the corporate level
Build and oversee the HR platform supporting portfolio companies and their employees
Design and scale systems for benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
Select, implement, and manage HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms
Develop policies, processes, and controls that scale across multiple entities and locations
Partner with founders and portfolio leaders on talent strategy, performance, and culture
Oversee corporate recruiting and support recruiting efforts at portfolio companies as needed
Build and manage the internal HR team over time
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience across core HR functions
Prior experience leading HR in a multi unit or multi entity environment
Strong familiarity with benefits administration, payroll, HRIS, and compliance
Experience scaling HR systems and teams as an organization grows
Comfort operating in a fast paced, evolving environment
Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills
A practical, operator mindset with the ability to balance empathy and rigor
Based in or willing to travel regularly to Salt Lake City, especially early on
