Responsibilities
Design custom floor plans and elevations for homes and barndominiums
Create photorealistic renderings that make our product sell itself
Ensure every design is code-compliant and passes engineering review before it hits a customer's desk
Coordinate with our engineering partners to streamline approvals
Build a design library that scales with us as we expand nationwide
Qualification
Required
Licensed Residential Architect or architectural designer with home design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar
Experience with 3D Studio Max, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent
Understanding of residential building codes and engineering coordination
Someone who moves fast and doesn't need hand-holding
