Responsibilities
Sets up new and update existing maintenance agreements in EA
Collects (via phone, e-mail, fax and/or Automated Meter Request) and enters meter reads
Processes rate increases
Invoice customers timely based on the system bill dates by actively working billing queue
Research and follow up on billing questions from both customers and sales reps
Assist Accounts Receivable with keeping the leasing accounts current and accurate
Other related duties as assigned
Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three days in office
Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Basic computer skills
High school diploma/GED
