Responsibilities
Establish and maintain productive relationships with local, state, and federal government agencies
Monitor and analyze financial regulations, industry policies, and regulatory changes that may impact the business
Serve as a primary liaison between our client and government stakeholders
Provide advisory updates to leadership on policy developments, risks, and opportunities
Coordinate government-related approvals, licenses, and compliance documentation
Represent the company in government meetings, regulatory discussions, and virtual industry forums
Support strategic market entry and business expansion initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in government relations, public policy, regulatory affairs, or compliance
Strong understanding of financial policies and regulatory frameworks; knowledge of South Korean financial regulations is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team
Preferred
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is strongly preferred
