Sales Consultant – Payroll & HR Solutions (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Tesseon is a trusted provider of Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, and HCM solutions with over 30 years of industry success. They are seeking a Sales Consultant to manage the full sales cycle and drive new revenue through prospecting, discovery, and closing high-demand Payroll and HR solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new B2B business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
Conduct needs-based discovery to understand payroll and HR challenges
Present customized payroll and HR solutions to decision-makers
Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
Close new business and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
Attend networking events and develop referral partnerships
Collaborate with implementation and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Qualification
Required
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in a quota-driven role
Strong prospecting and cold-calling experience
Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Preferred
Payroll, HR, HCM, or SaaS sales experience
Familiarity with platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, Paycor, iSolved, or similar
