A/R Specialist / Collections Manager

Applied Equipment Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented A/R Specialist / Collections Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage the credit approval process, assess risk, and ensure compliance with lending regulations while collaborating with sales, finance, and operations to support business growth.

Responsibilities

Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients
Review financial statements, credit reports, and loan documentation
Set and monitor credit limits and payment terms
Develop and enforce company credit policies
Oversee collections and manage delinquent accounts
Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations
Prepare credit risk reports for senior management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
