Responsibilities
Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of complex and large transformation engagements for TCS clients
Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects related to SAP, key focus on SAP S/4HANA using TCS’ delivery methodology based on SAP ACTIVATE
Manage program level status, metrics, issues, and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables
Coordinates project timeline with her/his teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client's satisfaction
Collaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the project(s)
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and client leadership teams assigned to the projects
Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
Leverage their broad business and technical expertise to address key topics related to technology architecture, design, business model, integration and organization change management
Attending and participating in discussions with senior management and CxO level and be able to influence their decision, communicate competitive intelligence from the field
Plan and manage events for customer to showcase TCS experience, industry and product trends and expected outcome for the customer
Qualification
Required
Minimum 13 years of consulting experience with multiple Industries
Should have recent experience in managing Transformational initiatives, preferably with the big four consulting companies
Most recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion / Landscape Transformation OR implementation of one of the SAP Cloud application using AGILE / SAP ACTIVATE methodology
Experience in managing client stakeholders & Project team at all levels
Experience of multiple full life cycle SAP engagements with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse) with at least 2 S/4HANA projects in the TS&S industry
Experience in proposal preparation and business case development using SAP Solutions
Bachelor / master's degree in business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline is required
Preferred
Understanding of SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology
Up-to date with SAP innovations
Certification in SAP ACTIVATE and in one or more SAP S/4 HANA LoB's
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
Communicate business story with effective communication and strong presentation skills
Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams
