Responsibilities
Providing daily support for managing the delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources
Developing, maintaining, and managing project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks, and challenges
Supporting Senior Associates and Managers to drive a large program or multiple projects
Working closely with clients to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy
Managing large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities
Managing budget for assigned project(s)
Developing and monitoring project/program plan(s)
Adjusting resources and priorities accordingly
Aligning business unit, technical development, and support organizations
Establishing program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups
Preparing and presenting progress reports for senior management
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Experience in managing the delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resources
Ability to develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks, and challenges
Experience supporting Senior Associates and Managers to drive a large program or multiple projects
Ability to work closely with clients to identify business change and drive consensus for a manageable change strategy
