Menards is focused on maintaining equipment and machinery throughout their facilities. They are seeking an Industrial Mechanic responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative Maintenance on all equipment

Mechanical and electrical diagnosis and repair of equipment

Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair

Support the installation of new equipment

Welding and light metal fabrication to facilitate repairs/improvements

Ensure strict adherence by self, other authorized lockout/tagout team members, and affected team members, to all aspects of lockout/tagout procedures

Ensure a safe working environment for team members by assisting in the development of safety programs and enforcing team member compliance with safety rules
