Responsibilities

Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance client and colleague experiences
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance
Support product development and investment solutions for Financial Advisors and clients
Assist in project management for critical initiatives across Wealth functions
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for wealth leadership
Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency
Engage in cross-functional partnerships to drive innovation and deliver integrated solutions

Required

Minimum GPA 3.2; Preferred GPA 3.4+
Demonstrated interest in Wealth Management and financial services
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
