Lead the architecture and design of cloud-native applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards
Work on development of the application while implementing best practices for scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Qualification
Required
8 Years required: Strong experience with Java EE, Spring Boot, and microservices frameworks
8 Years required: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
8 Years required: Proficiency in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL)
8 Years required: Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
8 Years required: Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native applications
8 Years required: Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
8 Years required: Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
8 Years required: Exposure to serverless computing and cloud-native services
8 Years required: Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for modeling complex business domains
Preferred
8 Years preferred: Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
8 Years preferred: Familiarity with performance tuning and high-availability strategies
8 Years preferred: Understanding cost optimization in cloud environments
8 Years preferred: Healthcare industry experience preferred
8 Years preferred: Fundamental understanding of the Information Management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture and technologies adopted by an organization
8 Years preferred: Consulting and Facilitation Skills
8 Years preferred: Customer-focused ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
8 Years preferred: Proactive Leadership style; self-starter and strong attention to detail
3 Years preferred: Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect
3 Years preferred: Experience in Texas or other state eligibility system
