Entry, Mid LevelLanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QA/Testing professional to support ongoing IT projects. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of deliverables through comprehensive testing and close collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Perform quality reviews and unit testing of development items
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Develop test plans and scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop, and execute test scripts using open-source tools
Track and report UAT status and progress
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Document testing phases, results, and defects clearly
Conduct post-release testing and assist in troubleshooting issues
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to resolve defects
Monitor debugging process results and track quality assurance metrics
Ensure data integrity by implementing QA practices and identifying failure points for resolution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in QA/Testing roles
Knowledge of test management tools and QA methodologies
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred
Familiarity with Smartsheet, ServiceNow Virtual Boards, and Jira
Understanding of Agile methodologies and regression testing
Ability to create and execute manual and automated test cases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
