Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-level TDM architecture , designing solutions for data de-identification, masking, subsetting, synthetic data, and secure data workflows
Drive solution integration with enterprise applications, databases, ETL pipelines, and CI/CD workflows, ensuring seamless operations across QA, development, and production environments
Serve as the technical advisor to client and Delphix teams , translating complex requirements into actionable architecture, guiding implementation, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
Take end-to-end ownership of TDM initiatives, from architecture and technical design to deployment, operational adoption, and continuous improvement
Establish architectural principles, reusable patterns, and governance standards to ensure consistency, security, and scalability across the organization
Collaborate with client and internal teams to enable adoption , embed best practices, and build organizational capability in TDM tools and processes
Conduct architecture reviews, technical risk assessments, and solution validations , ensuring enterprise compliance, data privacy, and operational efficiency
Provide mentorship and guidance to technical teams, fostering strong architectural discipline and problem-solving approaches
Qualification
Required
Extensive Enterprise Architecture experience, with a track record of designing and implementing large-scale TDM solutions in complex environments
Deep hands-on expertise with Delphix TDM, including data de-identification, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and related governance practices
Strong understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms, databases, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines
Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
Experience with end-to-end solution delivery, from architecture design through deployment, operational adoption, and continuous improvement
Excellent consultative, collaborative, and influencing skills, capable of engaging client leadership and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented and persistent approach
Effective communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and their impact on TDM solutions
Experience driving adoption and capability building within client organizations
Exposure to automation frameworks and DevOps practices in testing and TDM contexts
