Assessing, mitigating, and restoring properties affected by water damage or other unforeseen damage
Extracting water
Setting up drying equipment
Conducting assessments
Documenting restoration progress
Communicating with clients
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Adhering to company standards for high-quality restoration services
Qualification
Required
Technical skills in water extraction, drying equipment operation, and basic restoration techniques
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to assess damage and recommend effective mitigation strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, team members, and management
Detail-oriented with the ability to document restoration processes and maintain accurate records
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site work
Preferred
Industry certifications such as IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) are preferred but not required
Prior experience in restoration or mitigation services is a plus
