Business Development Specialist (ID# 502)
Volarify is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to help grow brand awareness and drive revenue throughout the Pembroke Pines market. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships within the sales territory and requires a results-driven mindset to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities
Understand and clearly communicate the competitive advantages of Our Client’s services
Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships through daily in-person and outbound marketing efforts
Increase brand visibility by attending marketing events, professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
Track daily marketing activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM and marketing software
Provide management with regular revenue updates and territory reports
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in restoration, construction, or relatable business such as selling the healthcare/hospital or education space
Strong process-driven and results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills (in-person and digital)
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
Ability to work with or around cleaning agents
Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience
Experience in restoration, cleaning, or insurance industries
