Responsibilities
Plan and design infrastructure services and solutions in line with business, quality, and security requirements
Collaborate with service providers to define and manage KPIs, SLAs, and reporting for service quality
Ensure adherence to IT best practices, documentation standards, IT security, and change management processes
Contribute to architecture blueprints, technical designs, and process documentation
Provide hands-on support across multiple infrastructure domains, including networking, servers, virtualization, automation, storage, backup, and disaster recovery
Perform root cause analyses and define corrective measures for cross-technical issues
Support global sites with infrastructure needs, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance
Qualification
Required
University degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in IT infrastructure engineering, ideally in OT environments
Hands-on expertise in multiple technologies, including Cisco switches and wireless controllers
Hands-on expertise in multiple technologies, including Hypervisors (vSphere, AHV)
Hands-on expertise in multiple technologies, including Windows Server (senior level) and Linux (senior level preferred)
Hands-on expertise in multiple technologies, including Active Directory, Citrix, and Remote Desktop Services
Hands-on expertise in multiple technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman
Hands-on expertise in multiple technologies, including Backup technologies (Veeam, Acronis) and disaster recovery
Hands-on expertise in multiple technologies, including PowerShell/Bash scripting and automation
Hands-on expertise in multiple technologies, including Storage, file services, and database systems
Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
Experience with ITIL model and metrics for service delivery
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver quick, effective solutions
