Responsibilities

Own and define Infisical’s brand and marketing design

Establish a coherent, high-quality, and memorable design aesthetic

Translate abstract ideas into narrative-rich visuals

Propose creative directions and bring consistency and craft into all outputs

Work closely with a co-founder and the Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience teams to deliver work across various brand and marketing surfaces

Design landing pages, conference booths, presentations, merch, blog designs, and other marketing assets

Required

Experience in a design role, ideally as a brand, visual, or communication designer, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creativity, and concept-driven work

Strong creative and aesthetic judgment — the ability to produce bold, original, and cohesive visual designs

Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can generate creative directions with limited input and run with them without heavy hand-holding

A bias toward action — able to iterate quickly, and make decisions with incomplete information

Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Based in the Americas (or willing to work in the US timezone)
