Apply evidence‑based criteria & partner with interdisciplinary teams
Support members and providers with clear, timely communication
Maintain accurate documentation & contribute to quality improvement
Qualification
Required
Active unrestricted license in OR/WA/ID/UT (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
Master's in a Behavioral Health field
A minimum of 3+ years UM or BH care management
A minimum 3+ years independent clinical experience (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
Strong communication, organization & tech skills
