Responsibilities

Recruit and hire entry-level associates to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced distribution center
Implement and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent
Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate first-day check-ins
Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation and records are completed accurately
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and adjust strategies as needed
