Responsibilities

Greet and assist members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner

Handle a variety of monetary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and account transfers

Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts (checking, savings, certificates, money markets, etc.)

Conduct consumer loan interviews, process and close loans, and disburse funds accurately

Educate members on online and mobile banking tools and other digital services

Protect member confidentiality and adhere to all credit union policies and procedures

Proactively identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs
