Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile software license records and entitlements in ServiceNow SAMPro
Support Effective License Position (ELP) planning and vendor audit readiness
Perform manual updates and data certifications to ensure inventory accuracy
Collaborate with various teams to ensure licensing compliance
Guide software owners on license management and installation tracking
Document SAM processes and contribute to operational support
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proven experience with ServiceNow SAMPro
Strong understanding of software licensing practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in IT asset management and software license reconciliation
Familiarity with software optimization and usage analysis
Strong documentation and process improvement skills
