Responsibilities

Track income and expenses against approved budgets, monitor cash flow, and support regular financial reporting

Collaborate with an external bookkeeper to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments

Assist with budget planning, reforecasting, audits, and required financial filings

Maintain organized financial and administrative systems, manage invoices and contracts, coordinate vendor payments, and support internal policies and procedures related to finance and operations

Assist with planning and coordinating events, retreats, and meetings

Research and book venues, travel, accommodations, and service providers

Support travel and expense processes for staff, board members, and participants

Provide logistical and administrative support for board operations, including meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups

Work collaboratively with team members in a shared leadership environment
