Mid, Senior LevelConfidential company is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving life science products, systems, or processes. This role bridges technical teams, business stakeholders, and regulatory expectations to ensure compliant, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; manage full project lifecycle
Technical Leadership: Apply technical understanding to evaluate solutions, guide decisions, and ensure feasibility
Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams; act as primary liaison between business, IT, operations, and external partners
Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, manage scope changes, and maintain contingency plans
Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to internal QMS and external regulatory/quality standards; oversee testing and QA
Communication & Reporting: Maintain documentation, provide status reports, and run effective project meetings
Budget & Resource Management: Track budget vs. actuals, manage resources, support contracts and invoicing
Qualification
Required
Proven Project Management experience (Agile preferred)
Strong technical background in life sciences (biopharma, medical devices, or related tech)
Hands-on with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with SDLC and system architecture
