Responsibilities

Lead HR Technology Workstream for Global Integration Project: Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of HR tech deliverables aligned with broader global integration efforts

Manage Workday RFP Process: Drive the end-to-end RFP lifecycle for Workday implementation, including vendor evaluation, stakeholder alignment, and selection criteria development

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment of requirements, timelines, and integration touchpoints

Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture business needs, process gaps, and future-state requirements for HR systems

Vendor Management & Evaluation: Coordinate demos and scorecards; manage communications with potential Workday implementation partners

Present complex technical and analytical solutions in a clear, accessible manner to stakeholders at all levels

Stay current on trends in HR technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency

Ensure data integrity through rigorous auditing and analysis

Manage large-scale, global projects using standard project management methodologies

Build collaborative relationships across geographies and functions

10+ years of experience in Workday running RFP for workday configuration or implementation globally

Experience with vendor evaluation and vendor selection

Expert-level proficiency in Workday across all major modules

Advanced project management skills and experience with change management methodologies

Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of a global organization
