Responsibilities

Your focus and passion will be to have an integrated approach across PPC, paid social, email and digital product – to develop holistic digital ecosystems that not only achieve cost efficiencies but also align to prospect journeys, ensuring we deliver the most relevant online experience, no matter where they are in their journey
Use platform insight to recommend strategy and pioneer new ways to engage with our prospects digitally - implement and run analytics and data insights through the use of Google Analytics and other tools, bringing key insights to the team
You’ll manage and be accountable for monthly KPIs aligned to traffic, conversions and engagement for each region and will track funnel metrics to make sure that leads are moving effectively down the funnel to MQLs, Discovery Meetings and Pipeline
Working in collaboration with the Marketing team and agencies, you will work to optimise and provide support to all campaigns for US & EMEA across your channels - this will include design and delivery of B2B marketing campaigns to support organisational objectives
Working alongside the regional Sales and Business Development teams to develop more innovative localised digital methods that support and nurture B2B lead generation
Your core focus will be US, UK and France, and you will report into the Director of Marketing
Manage the regional website hubs and traffic - and develop regional SEO and keyword strategy. This includes overseeing our web experience to ensure all traffic is not just aligned to good UX and objectives, but also achieving high conversion rates for traffic in the right areas and at the right time
Overseeing the email automation and nurture journey to deliver integrated digital experiences and segmented marketing that delivers a great experience
Develop and implement lead gen campaigns through Google Ads and modify/manage lead nurturing on Marketo
Implement the strategic plan for the US/ EMEA region focusing on localisation of journeys
Manage the day to day running of PPC, paid social and syndication

Required

Marketing experience in B2B; Technology or the software industry preferred
You have 4+ years' digital marketing experience within the US/EMEA region
You're currently operating a similar role leading US/EMEA focussed digital marketing performance teams and social media and agencies
You have experience with lead nurturing and marketing automation across multiple regions
You can demonstrate strong experience of creating and managing integrated digital campaigns with a multi-channel delivery; you have a rounded view of Development, PPC, SEO, Video, Social, Content, CRM
Well versed and passionate about UX, UI, being insight driven is in your DNA
A high performer that's always looking for a better way to do things
You're highly organised and adept at managing competing, and sometimes conflicting, priorities
You genuinely care about people, you're compassionate, and are a very natural relationship builder
You're comfortable working in an environment where things move and flex, where a can-do attitude is key
