Responsibilities

Ability to connect the dots between business needs, innovation, and excellent design
Possess a high degree of empathy for the end users of the products you'll be creating
Emphatically values collaboration between designers, stakeholders, and engineers
Ability to rapidly prototype solutions based on user feedback
Expert level understanding of UI/UX design patterns
Experience in one or more major front-end Javascript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
Experience in using one of more major prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)

Required

Preferred

Expert in commonly used web development tools (Webpack, Babel, Web Workers, etc.)
Expert in web development testing (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, etc.)
Experience with css pre-processing tools (Less, Sass, etc.)
Familiarity with GraphQL
Familiarity with A/B testing
Experience working in an Agile environment
Public Github profile with your latest side-projects
Familiarity with reactive/functional programming patterns
Real-world experience with the React/Redux stack with GraphQL
