Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes
Prepare, manage, and maintain sales documentation including contracts, quotes, order forms, and proposals
Coordinate internal approvals and ensure timely processing of sales transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity, and pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Generate regular sales reports and dashboards related to pipeline, bookings, and performance metrics
Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency across sales systems
Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success to support deal execution and order fulfillment
Assist with onboarding new sales team members by coordinating tools, access, and documentation
Support scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups related to sales activities
Help identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows, and reporting
Assist in implementing new tools, templates, and best practices to improve sales efficiency
Support special projects related to sales operations, forecasting, or reporting as needed

Required

2–4+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or administrative support roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in retail, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B environments
Familiarity with sales processes, quoting, and order management
Experience supporting distributed or remote sales teams
Basic understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and reporting
