RefrigiWear is a company dedicated to providing cold-weather and industrial workwear. They are seeking a Senior Designer to shape the technical and design direction of their product portfolio, involving collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Create original design concepts aligned with seasonal line plans and meet customer needs

Develop and maintain detailed technical design files using Adobe Illustrator

Build Bills of Materials and measurement charts in Centric, our global PLM system

Collaborate with the Product Development team to translate requirements into production-ready designs

Review and evaluate samples (apparel, footwear, handwear, headwear) for quality, fit, and construction with a high attention to detail and quality standards

Conduct fit evaluations and resolve sizing and construction issues

Support sample reviews, fittings, and design/technical review meetings

Maintain component and trim libraries within PLM

Partner with Product Integrity to create compliant product labeling

Research market trends, competitive products, and new material innovations

Apply responsible design practices to meet performance and cost targets
