Responsibilities

Serve as a primary representative for the branch in processing paying/receiving transactions for client requests and supporting basic client servicing requests
Demonstrate strong client servicing skills, supporting the Bank’s core courtesy standards
Engage in basic conversational discovery with a client, aligning the needs of the client with the appropriate solution recommendation, client value recognition and commitment in a repeatable fashion to support their assigned goal attainment
Possess good judgement to ensure a sound balance of maintaining all areas of risk while also considering the client experience

Required
