Vacarya is scaling and seeking a full-time Account Executive to manage inbound opportunities and close premium client memberships. The role involves running high-quality sales conversations, re-engaging warm leads, and consistently producing revenue.

Run high-quality, consultative sales calls with qualified prospects
Re-engage warm and previously unconverted leads with disciplined
Maintain clean CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline tracking
Consistently hit or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
Participate in daily team cadence, including morning huddles and end-of-day reporting
Take full ownership of your calendar, pipeline, and results
Qualification
Required
1-2 years experience in transactional sales
Exceptional over the phone
You need to be self-sufficient and be able to run with the role
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfort working in a KPI-driven environment
Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
