RESEARCH FELLOW
The University of Michigan is offering a joint postdoctoral research opportunity with the Urinary Dynamics and Ultrasound Research Group and the Michigan Institute for Imaging Technology and Translation. The successful candidate will work on an NIH-funded project developing image-based biomarkers for the lower urinary tract and engage in various imaging technologies and collaborations.

70% - Ultrasound Data Collection and Data Analysis
30%-Conference Abstract and Manuscript Preparation
Qualification
Required
PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Strong background in medical image analysis and signal processing
Proficiency in programming, particularly in Python
Demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals
Motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently and within a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred
Knowledge of the physics of ultrasound and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging modalities are plus
