They are seeking a Chief Data Officer to provide strategic leadership in managing and governing all aspects of data across the organization, ensuring data security and operational efficiency.

Leveraging data science for business insights and innovation
Working closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in Data Governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing data privacy and security protocols
Advanced Analytical Skills with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets and provide meaningful insights for strategic decision-making
Proficiency in Data Management, including data integration, architecture, and storage solutions
Strong capability in Data Quality control and assurance to maintain the integrity and accuracy of information used across the organization
Expertise in Data Science, with hands-on experience in predictive modeling, algorithm development, and using AI to enhance operational efficiencies
Strategic thinking ability and excellent communication skills to lead large-scale organizational initiatives and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Master's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field; PhD is a plus
Preferred
Experience working in the healthcare or healthtech industry is highly preferred
