Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Kubota equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Assist with troubleshooting under guidance when needed
Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to identify issues
Continue developing technical skills through training and hands-on work
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment repair
Experience as a Service Technician, Equipment Technician, Diesel/Ag Mechanic, or relevant hands-on training
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
Ability to read service manuals and follow procedures
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Kubota equipment experience
Dealership, agricultural, construction, or forklift equipment background
Technical certification, associate degree, or vocational training
