Responsibilities
Lead and support high-priority strategic projects across business units and functions, managing key stakeholders and delivering actionable insights
Act as a trusted thought partner to senior executives and functional leaders in shaping the company’s long- and short-term strategic priorities
Independently own and execute multiple complex workstreams, from problem definition through solution development and implementation
Partner with business unit and functional leaders to address critical supply and demand challenges, presenting recommendations and proposals to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with 1–3 years of experience in management consulting at a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm, degree in engineering or operations preferred
MBA from a top-tier business school strongly preferred
Proven ability to drive change at scale with a strong bias for action
Exceptional strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
Strong data-driven problem-solving capabilities, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
Comfort with ambiguity and a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to craft compelling executive-level presentations
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and global environments
