Responsibilities

Communicating with customers: Email and phone calls, to establish interest and availability
Coordinating visits with customers to install data equipment. Aligning multiple customers for one trip
Create trip itineraries booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and arranging all logistics for customer visits
Installing data equipment onto customer vehicles, with the ability to troubleshoot as needed
Ride/drive ATVs and SxSs at closed test courses and public/private areas
Perform vehicle testing per outlined test procedures and requirements
Assemble and disassemble complete vehicles using engineering drawings, service manuals, and communicate with engineering staff
Perform vehicle maintenance/inspections/basic diagnostics
Be attentive to detail during testing and identify concerns/problems as they arise
Communicate/document concerns with project leaders, utilizing a high level of detail and a clear understanding of the situation/problem
Perform vehicle tear down for part confirmation and sub-component section evaluations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Required

Mechanical aptitude with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Electrical Systems Troubleshooting
Understanding of Powersports Vehicle (ATV/SxS/Dirt Bike)
Strong passion for the Powersports Product
Communicate effectively and professionally; good customer service mindset and skills
Emails, Phone Calls, Face-to-face
Multi-task, communicate effectively, and identify concerns/issues
Able to track, maintain, and procure test equipment/components as needed

Preferred

Experience riding/repairing ATV/SxS
