Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager shall be responsible for assigned projects from project inception through physical and financial closeout

Qualification

Project Management ProfessionalFacilities ManagementConstruction ManagementComputer Aided Facility ManagementMS Office SuiteCommunication Skills

Required

At least 10-15 years of experience in Facilities, Construction, and Design

An active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance

Proficient in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint / Word)

Highly competent in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications and knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices

Must have knowledge and experience with various Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software tools such as ARHIBUS, Builder, Maximo, etc

Highly skilled in developing briefs, communicating with senior leaders, and overall customer service

Preferred

A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is highly desired
