Responsibilities
Review existing processes used by Crew and Thermal Systems Division Systems Test Branch and identify opportunities for automation
Maintain databases by entering new and updated project information
Scan, print, and manage documents as needed
Respond to requests for information and retrieve relevant files in a timely manner
Responsible for complying with data integrity and security policies, printing and scanning files and generating reports as required
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Requires a HS diploma or its equivalent
Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and stay focused on assigned tasks
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency may be a requirement for this position
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with Johnson Space Center (JSC) organizations, processes, and procedures
Knowledge of eLabs, ServiceNow
