Mid LevelKatalyst CRO is seeking a CSV Engineer to support their clinical operations and system teams. The role involves validating a new CTMS and providing support for Veeva Quality Docs, including developing UATs and change controls.

Responsibilities
Right now, the CSV team is focused on UATs, periodic review, test scripts and change controls for their Medidata CTMS and IT ServiceNow Infrastructure projects
The focus is to have CSV support the ongoing CTMS. The client is currently bringing a new CTMS in house and just implemented ServiceNow in the last couple of months
The team consists of three employees in the CSV department. This group works closely with the IT Business Relationships team and will interact daily with two team members (AD of IT Business Relationships and Head of IT Business Relationships)
This CSV team will be supporting the clinical operations and clinical system teams with validating the new CTMS as the implementation progresses
This CSV team will also support Veeva Quality Docs
In total there are about 14 projects across three CSV resources that need to be supported
The client is looking for a resource to cover UATs, periodic review, and provide a validation summary prior to roll out of the new systems

Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a CSV consultant at a pharmaceutical company
Prior experience working on CSV for a CTMS
Experience validating Veeva Quality Docs
Previous experience developing UATs
Prior experience writing test scripts for a CTMS
Preferred
Veeva and Medidata (highly preferred)
