This role will be instrumental in delivering world class performance across a high growth business who have recently made acquisitions and are a world leader in their sector.

Responsibilities
Key regional board member and leader of the Finance team driving increased focus on business partnership, fit for purpose commercial analytics and increased focus on the controls environment
Working closely with the US CEO, C-suite team and global CFO to develop and execute strategy
Drive and promote the business intelligence strategy (technology, people & process) for Finance
Active involvement in the development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at growing the business while ensuring the financial health of the operation
Key business partner for marketing, commercial and operations (20+ sites) driving key objectives as well as external support in negotiating key customer contracts
Qualification
Required
Proven, hands-on finance leader
Deep experience of working in a regional division (at least $200M+) of a global group ($multi-billion)
Experience in an entrepreneurial service driven environment
Extensive experience across FP&A, partnering and controls
Excellent stakeholder management
Skilled collaborator that can build relationships and influence across the business
Preferred
Sector experience in food, beverage, ingredients or a service business
