Responsibilities

Lead 2-4 active searches per month, primarily supporting GTM and G&A function
Directly partner with GTM and G&A hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Source qualified candidates for assigned roles through a wide variety of channels and manage the end to end talent acquisition process
Effectively evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine search strategy
Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to ensure a fair, data-driven hiring experience
Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and a strong employer brand

Required

2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, in agency or fast paced in-house recruitment team
Experience hiring for tech startups across Series A-D
Exceptional sourcing skills, market mapping skills and experience in effective outreach targeting passive candidates
Full-cycle recruiting experience required: ability to source candidates, manage interview process and conduct offer negotiations through close
Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional IC-level GTM, Product and G&A talent
Experience quickly understanding new roles and working with managers on effectively establishing a scorecard
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable experience to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
