Responsibilities

Support operations of the Pediatric Cardiac MRI program and the Center for Advanced 3D+ Technologies

Coordinate and manage clinical scheduling and patient flow

Facilitate insurance authorizations and maintain accurate documentation

Support financial reporting, IT systems coordination, and facilities processes

Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and operational standards

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, radiology, anesthesiology, and other clinical stakeholders

Interface with internal and external referring providers

Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
