Responsibilities

Plan, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables across all project stages

Develop and monitor detailed work plans across architectural and engineering disciplines

Lead QA/QC efforts, particularly for construction drawings and specifications

Manage scope changes and resolve issues to meet client and contractual expectations

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction

Forecast revenue and monitor project performance
