Oversee assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Supervise and mentor project managers within the department
Review contracts, drawings, and estimates for accuracy
Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and clients
Manage submittals, procurement, vendor communication, and delivery timelines
Conduct job site visits to verify field conditions
Coordinate installation, punch lists, change orders, and project closeouts
Qualification
Required
3+ years of project management experience in Division 8 (doors, frames, hardware)
Proficient in Excel, Procore, QuickBooks, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, or Protech
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
High school diploma or GED required
