Responsibilities

Own partner experience to ensure agreement integration which includes partnering and finalizing agreements, executing on account plans, pitching to partner, resolving partner issues and advocating on behalf of partners
Develop the partner strategy, including new partner and opportunity prospecting. Conduct partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy
Identify key stakeholders across Ads, Large Customer Sales, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to build networks and drive cross-functional collaboration
Coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned component(s) of a project
Demonstrate working knowledge of the industry/vertical/market, and an understanding of Google partner ecosystems

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally at all levels of management
Experience managing agreements or partnerships

Preferred

Master's degree or other advanced degree
8 years of experience in business development, partnerships or management consulting in the ad tech, retail, shopping or technology industries
Experience working autonomously in an ever-changing and collaborative environment
Experience in managing partnerships
Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners
Excellent communication and influencing skills
