Responsibilities

Follow all Standard Work Instructions and Company Policies

Adhere/Follow all safety rules

Alert supervision to product quality or machine operation concerns

Maintain the 5S standard of the assigned area

Responsible for preparing and calibrating the machine to prepare to run according to the daily production schedule, validating batch information and checking the status of equipment in the production operating system

Monitors each run for quality and efficiency and adjusts settings based on quality control feedback

Capturing production run information (chemical used, downtime, and scrap reporting) and inputting data into the production database

Maintains the hour-by-hour board

Required

High School diploma, GED, or Equivalent Work Experience

Ability to follow standard work instructions, use measurement tools, blueprints, manuals as needed

Preferred

Mfg experience preferred (demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience with computer controlled equipment)
