Responsibilities

Representing RealVNC’s products and services professionally and knowledgably
Researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest and developing accounts to stimulate opportunities
Consistently hitting KPIs and targets
Opening and closing a mix of small, mid and enterprise opportunities
Supporting Marketing and ABM campaigns and prospect into target Companies
Ensuring data is clean, accurate and up to date in the CRM
Actively building pipeline alongside marketing and the channel and ensuring high quality customer acquisition
Providing accurate sales forecasting
Staying aware of product updates and refining technical understanding
Building awareness on special projects or events

Required

Have demonstratable software sales experience with proven success in closing deals within a SaaS environment
Have a strong understanding of social selling strategies and digital proficiency
Are able to analyse data to drive informed decision making and optimise sales performance
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate strong active listening and interpersonal skills to enable you to build lasting client relationships
Use a consultative approach to selling, using your product knowledge to solve customer issues and demonstrate expertise with objection handling and negotiation
Have proven experience in prospecting and lead management to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Use your research skills to identify opportunities

Preferred

Have experience with remote management sales / RMM (desirable)
Have industry knowledge in our ICPs (desirable)
