Justuju is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company’s overall operations and execution. The COO will translate the CEO’s vision into actionable plans, drive operational excellence, and lead senior operational leaders to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior executive responsible for the company’s overall operations and execution
Translate the CEO’s vision and corporate strategy into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes
Oversee all business operations, functional departments, and day-to-day management of the organization
Drive operational excellence, scalability, efficiency, and quality across the enterprise
Own company-wide operational performance, including productivity, cost control, and execution results
Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team on corporate strategy and major decisions
Lead and develop senior operational leaders, including VPs, Directors, and regional heads
Establish operating models, governance frameworks, and performance management systems
Oversee operational budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning
Lead major transformation initiatives, growth programs, and organizational scaling
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Represent operations in board meetings and executive-level stakeholder engagements

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general management
Proven experience leading large, complex, and multi-functional organizations
Strong strategic, operational, and financial leadership capabilities
Exceptional executive presence, judgment, and decision-making skills

Preferred

MBA
Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations
Industry experience relevant to the company's operations
